Omar started at JobProgress, one of the original production-management platforms built specifically for roofing companies, and spent years sitting next to owners, estimators, supplement specialists, and project managers — watching where the money was actually leaving the table.
What he kept seeing was the same story, told a hundred different ways: contractors were doing world-class work in the field, but losing five and six figures per job inside the insurance process. Estimates carriers wrote short. Supplements that were owed and never asked for. Measurements re-ordered three times because nobody could read the report fast enough. The technology meant to help was built for accountants, not for roofers.
So Omar partnered with Vlad Kruglyansky — a successful entrepreneur and the operator behind Alpha7 — to build the tool the industry actually needed. Vlad brought the engineering rigor and the operating discipline of running a high-growth company. Omar brought the field knowledge and the relationships. Together they set out to build something that does for roofing what modern AI tools have done for sales, marketing, and finance.
